    SB 5920: Concerning parenting plans

    • Amending RCW 26.09.260 in order to make the path more clear for parents that are in recovery reuniting with their families through parenting plan modifications.

      • UPDATE: this legislation has passed out of the Washington State Senate on February 14th, 2022. It now heads over to the Washington State House to be voted on by that body.

    HB 1477: Re-imagining Our Crisis Response System for Behavioral Health Emergencies

    • Creates crisis call-center hubs connected to the 988 line

    • Expands mobile rapid response teams to deploy crisis stabilization services.

    • The crisis system will accept all walk-ins and ambulance, fire, and police drop-offs.
